AMANDA SHEPPARD RN

Founder & Nurse Injector

I am a dedicated nurse with 8 years of experience, 7 of which have been focused in the field of aesthetics. I am thrilled to announce my new role as co-owner of SKN LOUNGE.
As a happily married mother of three daughters, I am passionate about serving the Murray community and helping individuals achieve their skin care goals. My commitment is to make every client feel beautiful and confident in their own skin, and also feel like family!
I look forward to bringing my expertise and heartfelt care to SKN LOUNGE and to our wonderful community!

KAYLEE DUNHAM

Founder & Esthetician

I'm a Murray, Kentucky native with three years of experience in aesthetics and a passion for helping others feel confident, radiant, and beautiful. I married my high school sweetheart this September, and we're living out our dream on my family's farm. I'm beyond excited to begin this new chapter as a proud owner of SKN Lounge and to bring a fresh, elevated experience to our community.

I’m a former L&D nurse from Mayfield, KY turned aesthetic provider with a deep-rooted passion for skin and beauty. Since 2023, I’ve blended clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry to help women feel confident in their skin. Proud wife and mama to Emmett and Isla. At SKN LOUNGE, I’m here to offer a refined experience—where luxury meets intention and every detail is tailored to you. With over six years of experience in the esthetics industry, I’ve developed my skills to offer the perfect mix of real results and serious relaxation in every facial treatment. I’m passionate about corrective skincare and truly thrive in the treatment room, where I focus on helping clients feel confident and cared for. I believe that health equals beauty, and I love blending wellness with esthetics to support both. Outside of work, I’m all about staying active, trying new things, and spending time with my big loving family - they keep me thriving and grounded.

I’m originally from Mayfield, KY, and after living in Murray for the past four years, I proudly call it home. I love spending time on the lake, being surrounded by friends and family, and relaxing with my dog, Winston. I’m passionate about helping clients find the perfect service and building friendships that feel like family. I couldn’t be more excited to serve this amazing community through SKN LOUNGE.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

I’m a Calloway County native and proud mom to my 10-year-old mini-me, Devyn. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years, specializing in stress relief and relaxation. Helping others unwind, recharge, and feel their best is truly my passion. I’ve been so fortunate to have the most loyal clients—many of whom have followed me from place to place—and I’m thrilled to now call SKN LOUNGE my forever home.

With 29 years of nursing experience, I have dedicated the last decade to specializing in
Neurology, while also cultivating a passion for aesthetics over the past 5 years. I am deeply
honored to serve as the Medical Director of SKN Lounge, where I can combine clinical
expertise with an eye for beauty and wellness. t's a privilege to support a team I know and
trust.
